feat(factorminer): 支持多股票池因子评估

- 新增 StockPoolRegistry 与默认股票池定义（all/small_cap 等）
- RalphLoop 与 ValidationPipeline 支持按多股票池计算 IC
- Factor 序列化新增 pool_metrics 字段
- LocalFactorEvaluator 增加 evaluate_returns_by_pool 方法
- 主入口集成股票池配置与 ST 预过滤
